By using smpcreativestudio.com or booking SMP Creative Studio, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or book the studio.

Studio time is reserved through the booking flow on this site. Availability is shown in real time, and full payment is collected at booking through Stripe. Your reservation is confirmed once payment succeeds. Rates, minimums, and any cancellation terms are shown to you before you pay.

Every booking requires you to acknowledge the studio rules and upload valid proof of insurance. You are responsible for your guests and your equipment while in the space and for leaving it as you found it. We may decline or cancel a booking that doesn’t meet these requirements.

Membership is an optional monthly subscription that applies member pricing to your bookings. It bills automatically until canceled, and you can manage or cancel it any time through the customer portal. See the Membership page for current details.

Plans change. Reach out as early as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel. The specific cancellation and refund terms that apply to your booking are shown at checkout and govern your reservation.

If you opt in at booking, we send appointment reminders to your mobile number via SMP Creative Studio. These are transactional reminders about your reservation, not marketing. Message frequency is limited (generally up to about one message per booking).

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of texts does not affect your booking. Email reminders are always sent. Our handling of your mobile information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Don’t use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data that isn’t yours. Content on the site is owned by SMP Creative Studio and may not be reused without permission.

The site and studio are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMP Creative Studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or the studio. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows when. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
